How do we realize the shipping?
There are two ways to deliver your purchased art work to your home: regular mail and express mail. Shipping by regular mail usually takes 2-3 business weeks while shipping by express mail takes 2-3 business days. For original oil paintings, we need two days to make the export license before shipping the work to your address.
What is export license of the art work?
According to the law of Ukraine art works on canvas and sculptures (art works on paper are not included) may be shipped from Ukraine only with the official permission of Ministry of Culture. Usually, we need two business days to receive this permission.

What is the certificate of authencity?
The Certificate of Authenticity is official document attached to every original art work. It includes the photo of work, its description and is ratified by the stamp of our company. The original art work means that this work was created by artist with his individual initiative and his own conception. It means that this work is not a redo of any other art work. If the artist allowed himself to use the same theme with another sizes or compositional solution, such art work is not a redo. If the artist makes the absolute redo of his art work, we inform the customer about that and state that it is limited edition redo by author and indicate the number of such redo.
How do we pack you art work?
Traditionally, if you have not given any additional instructions, the art works are packed in the following way. If the surface of the art work allows to remove it from the stretch, we remove it, roll up and place into the plastic tube that is closed tightly to avoid the possible damages. If the surface of the art work does not allow to pack it in such a way, we pack it into the box which also protects from any damage. If the art work was damaged during its transportation by our fault, we bear the full responsibility for that.
